Skills are folders you upload to Claude once. After that, Claude reads them automatically on every relevant task. You install them the same way regardless of which skill it is.

The next two pages walk you through the download and install for all four. Each one takes about 60 seconds.

Skills 1 & 2

Skill 1 Last 30 Days 1

Go to the repo

Open your browser. Go to github.com/mvanhorn/last30days-skill.

Download the ZIP

Click the green "Code" button → "Download ZIP". Unzip the file. You'll get a folder called last30days-skill-main.

Upload to Claude

Go to claude.ai. Click your profile icon → Customize → Create a new skill → Upload a skill. Select the last30days-skill-main folder. Done.

Skill 2 Frontend Design 1

Go to the repo

Go to github.com/anthropics/skills. Click into the skills folder, then click frontend-design.

Download the ZIP

You're now inside the frontend-design folder. Click the green "Code" button → "Download ZIP". Unzip it. The folder will be called skills-main — open it and find the frontend-design subfolder inside.

Upload to Claude

Go to claude.ai → profile icon → Customize → Create a new skill → Upload a skill. Select the frontend-design folder. Done.

For the Anthropics skills repo, download the full ZIP then navigate inside to find the frontend-design subfolder — that's the folder you upload, not the outer skills-main folder.

Skills 3 & 4

Skill 3 Marketing Skills 1

Go to the repo

Open your browser. Go to github.com/coreyhaines31/marketingskills.

Download the ZIP

Click the green "Code" button → "Download ZIP". Unzip the file. You'll get a folder called marketingskills-main.

Upload to Claude

Go to claude.ai → profile icon → Customize → Create a new skill → Upload a skill. Select the marketingskills-main folder. Done.

Skill 4 Stop Slop 1

Go to the repo

Open your browser. Go to github.com/hardikpandya/stop-slop.

Download the ZIP

Click the green "Code" button → "Download ZIP". Unzip the file. You'll get a folder called stop-slop-main.

Upload to Claude

Go to claude.ai → profile icon → Customize → Create a new skill → Upload a skill. Select the stop-slop-main folder. Done.

All Four Installed

Once all four skills are added, every writing task runs through Stop Slop, every UI build pulls from Frontend Design, every research request checks the last 30 days, and every marketing task uses proven copy frameworks. Claude gets better at everything you do most.
